Add additional fields to user module directly

Hi everyone
As the title, I want to add some fields to User modules for my own purpose.
I want to display these fields directly on User add/edit form (not profile page because Admin can edit them)
These fields is also add directly users table.
But User module uses Vue.js, unfortunately i don't know Vue.js. I don't know how to customize the module.
Please help me
