Media Module Error

Hi guys when accessing this url on local, it work perfectly fine
/backend/media/media-grid

but I don't know why it's not work when on staging it says
Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found.
NotFoundHttpException

the environtment is same I use asgard version 2 with media module 2.5.0 in media module detail
but I saw on module management list it display 2.6.1

have anyone experience with this ?
