Extending AsgardCMS with 3rd party modules

Hi, are there any 3rd party modules available for AsgardCMS to extend its functionality e.g. adding custom properties to pages? I've seen a few on Packagist but most seem to be default modules.
Just checking before i start creating my own...
Assuming it is possible to extend modules for the above purpose?
