asgardcms : Integrate Flat-UI asset in my custom front-end theme

Hello,
I am new in Asgard CMS and i am going to develop new front-end theme. I have created my front-end theme with name "Custom-UI". and added assets of Flat-UI(https://github.com/designmodo/Flat-UI/tree/master/dist ) to my custom theme(Custom-UI). now what are the next step to integrate assets ?
I mean i want to use Flate-UI theme(https://github.com/designmodo/Flat-UI) as UI.
I am using latest version of Asgard CMS.

Can you please narrow down your question a bit, at the moment it's bit too broad.
Did you read asgardCMS documentation on theme creation?
What are exact problems you are having at the moment?
